Retail and Online Customer Service and Return Policy

All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. We know you will be satisfied with the quality of every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have received from Eurotique, just call us within7 daysof receipt at 1-561-684-2302 to authorize a return and store credit only. Your satisfaction is our priority. Sorry no returns on any open hosiery, latex, or under Garments. There are no returns for toys. Return authorizations expire after 7 days of issue date.

Return Catalog and On-Line Orders

Returns for catalog and on-line orders are for credit or exchange only.
Returned merchandise deemed salable must be free of defects and not worn, and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

There are no returns on the following types of items: undergarments, opened hosiery, shoes or boots where the soles have been scuffed, adult novelty toys, books, magazines, videos, and cd-roms, oils and lotions, this is due to health regulations.

Retail Hours

We are open Monday through Friday in West Palm Beach, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 12:00 noon - 6:00 pm. Please have your credit card number ready for your customer service representative.


Orders by Mail

Use our handy order form in our catalog to mail orders to either location. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. If you are using a credit card please make sure to include your credit card number, expiration date, the name as it appears on the card, sign and date. 
We strive to have all merchandise in stock and available, there are times that the item you have ordered are not available. Eurotique will notify you of any items ordered which will not immediately ship, and will provide you with an expected shipping date. Stock items are sent out within one week. Longer lead time items may require a 2-4 week delivery time. We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours.

Shipping Charges

We value your privacy, and utilize plain boxes in shipping. Eurotique ships standard delivery via UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and require an address. All shipments must be accepted and signed for.
For expedited shipments on your order, you can elect Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, and any additional shipping charges will be billed to your order.
Heavy items, Bondage Equipment, and Furniture require additional shipping charges due to the weight of these items. Actual fees will be charged to your order.

International Shipments

For International orders (including the Virgin Islands) via air mail only, a surcharge will be added to the freight table on the order form. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our shopping cart has been updated to accomadate our international customers by seperating the shipping charges for domestic and international.

Orders by Fax

You can fax your order in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just complete the information on the form and fax it to 1-561-684-2877.

Quality Control

All merchandise is inspected before shipping by 2 Customer Service Reps to ensure that the correct product and size is being sent and that there are no defects to the item. Eurotique stands behind the quality of our products.
